LAC Properties began its journey as Harbor & Hearth Stays, a small local venture created to bring comfort, care, and character to short- and long-term rentals. Known for its charm, attention to detail, and guest-centered approach, the brand quickly earned a loyal following and grew beyond its humble beginnings.

In 2023, the business was sold as part of a broader real estate deal. After a brief period under different ownership, the company was reacquired in 2025 by new leadership committed to reviving and elevating its original values.

Rebranded as LAC Properties, the new team brought a fresh vision while honoring the brand’s original spirit — prioritizing quality, reliability, and a true sense of home in every property we manage.

Today, LAC Properties is held by LAC Ventures Group Limited Co., and continues to grow with purpose, offering thoughtfully curated spaces backed by exceptional service.
